“There is pleasure in the pathless woods,There is rapture on the lonely shore,There is society where none intrudes,By the deep sea, and music in its roar;I love not man less, but nature more.”I once went for a walk in the woods, about a year ago, and decided this is where I am supposed to be. It was Fall, the colors of the trees were insanely brilliant and the sun setting behind the mountains created the most beautiful light I have ever seen. It was nice to be alone in a moment that looked like a postcard. In that moment I realized things would be perfect from now on. And while that, of course, is not true, I know that I can always escape to nature to reflect and restart and attempt to make things perfect from “now” on.

We set goals.

We make lists of how to complete these goals.
We create schedules.
We procrastinate.
We pull all nighters.
We try to impress someone.
We try too hard.
We stop.
We try again.
The goals become lost in our memory.
We make more realistic goals.
We mature.
We accept.
